PMP® & CAPM® Certification Exam Preparation and Review
The Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential:
There are four distinct course models for the serious and self-directed adult learner to choose from. The models are organized to provide flexibility and choice, thereby maximizing the potential for a work and life schedule. Courses are designed to take place on a select number of weeknights, five weekdays, two weekends, or even within a unique Cohort study effort.
Description: The NCG approach is be "learner centered." This means there is a strong emphasis on how to learn, not just what to learn. This makes all the difference between a brain-based learning approach with its authentic learning outcomes, long-term memory and recall, as opposed to other less effective approaches associated with simplistic "brute-force" memorization techniques. As a result, the course provides a practical and valuable foundation that the project management practitioner can take back into his/her work place. (Managers, take note!)
The course is accomplished through a combination of value-based content presentations, engaging students in hands-on exercises, conducting proficiency assessment exams, reviewing the ten project management knowledge areas, five project process groups, specific PMI/PMBOK processes and methodologies, as well as other related preparation and review activities.
- Premier mark in the professional discipline of project management
- Frequent job qualifier preference or requirement
- Distinguishing achievement in the workplace
- Personal marker of professional commitment to ongoing development and project excellence.

Four Course Model Options:
Students who complete the entire session will also have an additional two months access to an instructor/mentor for ongoing questions and general support. The instructor/mentor will send out a periodic communication to students that will contain additional practice questions, tips, and possibly other learning aids. We can't do the work for you in the application process - that has to be done by you. However, we do recognize that additional support in the journey is often needed and very much appreciated.
